+2 pinion stop dimensions

Hi all

Does anyone have the dimensions of the extra piece welded on to the pinion lock nut as shown in the image.
The drawing in the WM is confused as it looks like it gives the dimension of 7.14mm for the lock nut. is this the spacer dimension?
I am in the process of rebuilding a good early Triumph rack to a +2 lotus spec I have all but the pinon end parts
