Hello, I am not sure if seniorchristo might be able to help. Have your talked with Ken at DBean or Ray at RDent?
I find shipping to Canada from UK great, maybe because of Royal Mail and Canada Post. Though, our friends in the Good Old US of A also seem to have quick service with a smile from our brothers and sisters in the UK.

I have one in my 1968 +2 that is different than my Federal 1972 +2. Both very different from my 1968 S4.
