Road wheel spacers

I'm not I'm aware of any, and if available I'd be confident in saying you would also need to machine up longer drive pins for the hubs as the standard ones are to short and would not accomodate much more than 1 millimetre or two thickness spacer.

Revolution alloy wheels sit wider than the Lotus Steel ones. So they may do what you want.
Having fitted such wheels, I'm having a bit of a problem with the rear wheel tyre rubbing on the arch, even though I have reverted to the original narrow 145 tyres on my 1967 S3 coupe.
