Alloy wheel repair in west london (w7 3tu) stripped, balanced powder coated and diamond cut mine and they fitted inner tubes and my new tyres..and they look new !
i think i paid 30 a wheel but it has been a while
I had wheels done for my TVR at diamond alloys near luton and they were good at 35 a wheel including a clear coat over the diamond cut so i never needed to polish the alloy again !
Went to a place near sunbury and they were expensive and unfriendly
my wheels two years on:

I have used these guys on several cars......although standard road cars and single colour alloys....?20 a rim
I use Paisley freight to shift them and ?30
so at ?20 a wheel and ?30 postage its ?110........not bad for 4
Ive never asked them about 2 colours.......technically the spokes should be diamond cut so you would only need the wheels painting black...........
when I had mine done for the +2 I used a local guy and he painted silver over black......and charged me for the privilege
just a thought
cheers
