Revolution 13x6 wheels- help with hub adapter

I have managed to pick up a nice set of Revolution 13x6 alloys which I was hoping to have as a second set of wheels on my 26R style car when (eventually) it is finished.
Some research reveals that the wheels need an adapter which creates a new threaded hub further out - please see the picture.
Does anyone know if these are still available or where it may be possible to find 4?!
Is there any other option for fitting the wheels?
Thanks
David

Hi there
We have done several hubs for Lotus including the ones Spyder used to mount the centre lock Wolfrace onto the Ford hubs as used on the Elan +2 conversions. If you could supply us with a sketch with basic dimensions we would be more than happy to quote you for the project.
I will post some images later to give you an idea of the work we do.
Some of you with later cars may be familiar with the name, as we make toe link kits and custom fuelling systems for the Elise series.
Thanks
Gary

A bit late to the party, but maybe people are still interested in this bit of information.
I found this set of things in one of the boxes that came with my car and it has puzzled me for a while what they were for.
I also have a set of 6” x 13” Revolution 4 spoke alloys and these are the hub extenders including chrome mounting rings as prescribed by Lotus. The brass rings are used to mount the extenders using the red tool. The extenders can be released with the other tool. The threadless bolt goes through the extender.
