+2 knock off rims on S4 Elan

Hi There, has anyone installed knock off +2 rims on an S4 Elan? I am restoring an S4 and would like to put wider tires on it without flaring. I already have the smaller springs on the rear and am looking at rim changes, if they will clear with 185's on them ?

They work on my S4. The steel 5.5" +2 wheels that is. Can't speak for some of the +2 alloys. I run Toyo RA1 185/60R13s. All 185s run slightly different in size and are undersized, so the speedometer is off. If I had to do it again, I would probably use 175s to maintain the rolling radius. Dan
