Wheel knock offs

I currently have the orginal Nader nuts on my 72 +2 with stock steel wheels. A friend gave me 3 of the 3 ear KO's . I am looking for one drivers side KO or the entire set if necessary. Moss Motors has a trim ring that with matt black wheels looks very much likel the chrome rims installed for the Euro version.

Are the spinners a direct replacement ?
Do they need spacer rings ?

I've a +2 with standard alloys, and would like to know.
