Whoa there JohnPaulJonesy, I was responding to John's use of the word "phobia" in his comment and expressed another view/take on K/O's from my experience and solicited other feedback on my views. There was no intent to insult anyone. Let's all take a chill pill and just glean the positive from other's contributions without judging harshly.

I cannot see any insult in the comments of Ted, he is absolutely correct.
I had wheels coming off twice, or been loose lot of times, Driving 100km and stopping for tightening wheels nuts.
Until a great mechanic looked at them and found the hubs -all of them- were on the wrong side.
Another thing to add to the comments of Rohan,: it is good routine to stop to retighten after 5/10 miles, after fitting of the wheels. I think the workshop does mention that. More then once I found one nut loose.
