It's my opinion that it's always the tyres that cause the trouble, not round etc. Being the outward most part of the wheel tyre combination they have the most effect. Of course if the wheel doesn't sit exactly, as discussed above, this will also have an effect.

Do you think the half shafts and rotoflex coupling effect balance?
As the half shafts and coupings are not balanced?

I think the answer is yes, but as the diameter of the rotating components are relativly small compared with a tyre, you would have to have a large imbalance to feel it.
If all the nut and bolts on whatever drive shaft system you are using look symmetrical, then you are probably OK. If there is wear somewear that is throwing mass out of circular rotation (i.e. cracked rotoflex joints or really worn CVs or UJs) then you might feel something inside the car.
