Hello
Does anyone know if a wider rear tyre will fir a +2
WIth wider rims as well, or is a 225 45 13 going to fit.
Probably a 6.5" wide rim, with greater offset?
Do is there fender rubbing issues. Without modifying wheel wells?
Thanks

Depends what you mean by greater offset, interference with the rear spring perch will also be a problem as well as your arches, unless you plan on converting to a smaller diameter spring than the original.

Offset must have been determined before.
I cant seem to find a listing here or anywhere, other than it has been done.
Reading about springs and perches etc. Nothing other than the pictures that is clear people have modified their arches.
That all being said
What is the widest tyre that will fit without modifying wheel well please. It does seem there is room for a greater size. I am not racing. But would like to fill the void between wheel and well.
changing springs and perch etc is acceptable I feel?
