Get an inner tube fitted - the alloy wheels often leak (either through porosity or because you get leaks developing where the tyre meets the wheel rim).

I recently had my tyres replaced on my alloy wheels. Before replacement they would not hold pressure for very long due to corrsion of the alloy underneath the paint and tyre bead. The tyre shop simply wire brushed the flaking paint away and brushed a black coloured sealant on the rim. Since then I have had no problems with the tyres losing air.
