Tyres For A Sprint

Getting close to back on the road now.
I need a set of standard tyres and would like opinions on what type and where to get them from (UK).

If you fancy spending a bit of money Michelin are producing the the XAS 155x13 FF tyre again. A bit pricey though at GBP100 a corner from the usual specialist suppliers.

For a buget option go for the Uniroyal Ralley 680


Just ordered a set of XAS from Lonstone Tyres @ GBP90+VAT a corner. I will report more once they are fitted.

I use Firestone 155/80x13 at ?18 a corner they are from tyre4u.com though they have all sorts of makes in the 155x13 size

I fitted Dunlop SP10's to my Sprint.
They were the closest I could get to the originals and cost GBP 25.00 each
They also perform well for the money and are good all weather tyres.

I fitted Dunlop SP30s to my S2. They're just fine and were ?32 a corner fitted and balanced at my local tyre+exhaust shop.

Any thoughts on Dunlop Aquajet tyres?
Anyone have them.
