Aftermarket steering wheel size

Hi guys and girls
I know the standard +2 steering wheel is a 15" dished, but I prefer a flat wheel to straighten my arms a little and also a bit smaller. What is the forum opinion as to the best compromise? I was looking at at Moto Lita that measures 13.5" in outside diameter and thinking it might be a little small.
All the best

Zetec+ 2 under const, also 130S. And another 130S for complete restoration. Previously Racing green +2s with green tints. Yellow +2 and a couple of others, all missed. Great to be back 04/11/2021 although its all starting to get a bit out of control.

I have a 12" Luisi wheel on my 2 seat Elan and it works fine. It does have a thicker grip than the original. I think 13-1/2" will be great for you.

I am removing a Mark Donahue 13.5 for a Colin Chapman
The Donahue is flat, not sure if I would sell it. It’s in good shape

Over 35 years I have had a variety of different wheels in my Plus 2, mostly 13" but a long time ago I settled on a black Motalita 15"dia /1" dish.
It has a substantial and comfortable grip, and the 15" dia minimises steering effort.

Hi Guys
Thank you for the opinions. I had a black solid spoke 70's momo steering wheel on my green +2 but it went with the car. I would love to find another.

On the subject of steering wheels I see that Jacob Engineering have put the original Springall +2 steering wheel into production. Not cheap at £525 but compared to the prices asked for signed steering wheels on Ebay it's realistic.

Hi
I like that wheel, quite similar to my ex-momo one. Probably out of my price range though.
I have actually just bought this one off of ebay. It's the 13.5" Moto Lita that I mentioned in my first post. I may paint it black. Only thing I need now is a car to put it in.
