Steering unit plug: what size grease nipple?

I'm reading the workshop manual and it states that one should remove the steering plug and fit a grease nipple and apply 5 strokes of grease before refitting plug every 20,000kms. Can anyone tell me what diameter grease nipple I need?

On my S2 the nipple is 1/8 th BSP.

My S4 Elan is also 1/8BSP. The steering rack has been changed though.
