You would have changes in direction as you rode over uneven road surfaces requiring contant subtle steering wheel input to correct. As I understand.

As the car rises or lowers on its suspension the car can steer to either side, and it is not always subtle. Before I changed my chassis full suspension compression resulted in an unexpected turn to the left; this was scary at high speed on undulating roads; especially the first time it happened.

Yep,when set up correctly,any movement from the norm should produce toe-in on both wheels,if set incorrectly one wheel can toe-in and the other toe-out,hence steering left or right over bumps/dips...

For the sake of being accurate, I never said the result was subtle, just the correction required. If someone is going to test a car I would have thought you build up speed over many surfaces and bends to find out the character of the car. Not just go "hell for leather" to find you have severe bump steer.
