I think I can get you half way there...
When my car was restored the shop butchered the rare later style horn badge by removing the centre lotus badge & adding a Lotus hood badge:
I managed to do a trade & get the proper style badge for my car.
So if you're interested I can send you the plastic piece that the Lotus logo mounts to. It has 2 holes for the hood badge, but is otherwise perfect. If you can find a lotus badge you would be complete.
I also have a spare large diameter horn boss... but that would not be free!
