Momo steering wheel

I am due to send off my standard wheel to Len Chandler to refurbish and picked up a cheap Momo wheel as I had seen them on a few Elans. Now I can't find a boss that fits the Elan made by Momo nor one for a Triumph Spitfire which are the same fitting.

Any ideas folks?

I thought most of the bosses from that period were 6 screw/bolt fixing o the wheel......
Im presuming that it'll be the diameter of the screw/bolt that could be the problem

Last year I tried all the usual suppliers to buy a boss that would fit a Momo wheel to an Elan steering column. I was told that they are not made anymore so had an adapter plate made that bolted to the wheel and a normal Elan type boss.

Andy do you have any drawings or photos of the adapter that I could use. I notice that you are also located in Staffordshire.

I had a look last night but must have thrown the drawing away, I will try and do a sketch this weekend, I am in South Staffs, your welcome to have a look at the adapter if you are in the same area.

I bought a Triumph/Lotus Momo Boss at Merlin Motorsport Castle Combe a couple of years ago, might be worth a try. There are probably a few on the shelves somewhere.
