Eh?

I THINK the both the Elan and +2 used Triumph steering columns and therefore the same boss on the wheels.

So....yes.....I THINK it'll.

What is it with expats in Germany and small rodents? Is there something we need to know about?

Hi Neil,

I have my S1 and a +2 and I've rotated several steering wheels, including one Spitfire, from car to car without a problem. There are numerous Spitfire wheels of different diameters that work fine as both the +2 and little Elan use it's steering column.
I know nothing about gerbils, hamsters and guinea pigs.
I like pancakes.

Aaargh!

b'Jesus them's big buggers them is!
Did you move your Elans before they attacked?
What if they mated?
Perhaps it's why I sometimes call mine a "PigginElan"

You don't give your location?
I guess you're an Expat living in Germany
What idiot started all this Guinea pig rubbish anyway

Errm, did someone write something about a steering wheel?
If your beer gut won't fit under the +2 wheel, there's a big choice of relatively cheap after market wheels around. Take a peek into "Demon Tweeks"

A nice weekend to all
John

Excuse my ignorance but can I fit a pancake to my hamster or do they only fit guinea pigs?

Don't even think about it.
Guinea Pigs are slow sloggers opposed to high performance Hamsters
The result will be a massive drop off in revs & rough idle quality in the treadmill.

I can't go on with this!
