Have picked up a Corsair heater box and need to do the mods, altering the small outputs...also wondering what other alterations Smiths/Lotus did to it..

John- I tried to send you a PM with a zip file of the before pics of my heater rebuild. I think it was too big to attach to the PM. If you PM me your email address I'll send it on. If you need any specific dimensions my heater is still in a box so it's accessible.

I cannot tell from the pics but it seems like a bunch
The heater is a really really awful thing, I blueprinted mine[ca 1987] and it went from useless to annoying.
I can get some pics of specifics if you like as it is in a storage bin in the garage. Most obvious change is nothing comes out the top

Well,it's been a while but I've been busy, the Craig Davies pump fitted a treat, and has made a difference,I can now drive in the cold
But , still the passenger side heat is greater than the drivers side...maybe it needs the fibreglass air duct fitting?
and I'm sure the fan motor on the replacement is a lot faster......dash out in summer...
