replacing tail lights screws

My lotus taillights and front foglight screws are rusted. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what size are these screws and where I can get stainless steel replacement? I measured with my micrometer and am getting just over 3mm diameter. Am I correct to assume that these are imperial 9/64 or 1/8?

I have purchased some M4 PAN screws but too big M3 PAN screws too small. Been from a metric nation it is impossible to find a local source of stainless imperial screws.
