Just to inform you all that Mrs B and I (now fully retired) have been hitting the road somewhat in our new retirement prezzie (from ourselfs!).. Namely a Motor Caravan. Hence me not receiving the requests and PMs various..
I can still make sets of the special fasteners if anyone still requires them. PM me if required. I have four sets ready to go now. 1 set just gone off to the usa (again) ....
Donations right now are going to Great Ormond St Hospital.. GOSH . Funded partly from the sales of these bits and bobs.. Thanks to all for the support.

I am happy to hear they have arrived OK phil. PM me if you need any further help. There is an easy way to tension the wire ropes using a rubber bungee. You don't need three hands or indeed another body to help.
The USA is in the lead as far as 'buyers' of the fasteners go... I never thought that through when I was sending the items out to guys who donated to the BHF fund . Oh well. I had to cough up and bite the bullet sending god knows how many sets to the USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, and every flamin country in Europe. The BHF received close on ?4k though. Some of which came from Craig's London Marathon effort.
So all in all it was very successful. So, once again I thank everyone who donated
The Great Ormond St Hospital is now the recipient of a monthly donation partly funded by Lotuselan.net members who are still buying the fasteners. I have also 'sold' a few of the clamp on nipples to allow one to shorten their existing (good condition) Handbrake Cable without resorting to removal/ fitting of new
Happy days... Thanks again lads. WELL DONE....

Alex, I had not seen your posting on the handbrake cable solution before, Just did a search & I've ordered it.
For others that have not hear of it, look here - http://www.lotuselan.net/forums/lotus-suspension-f42/handbrake-cable-adjustment-pics-please-t26424.html
