I got `Raised white riveted ` numbers from Framptons and I am pleased with them. Just search `framptons` and you should find it easily.

As Eric says, Framptons do the letters loose but I found when I bought a plate from them that they wanted the same price for the loose letters as the cost of the rear plate. I ended up buying from Paul Matty who were much cheaper.
