HI,
Just wondered if anybody in the UK had bought rotoflex bolts from Namrick recently and if so can you tell me the sizes I would need? The bolts are all rated "High Tensile Grade ?S'" so I assume they would be suitable?

Thanks
Carl

You will have to double check but i have some rough measurements i too a while ago. I found they where a pita to get hold of with the correct shank length.
9x 3" total length 2" shank
3x 3 1/2" total length 2" shank

The lengths are not standard grip lengths or nominal sizes, suggest you contact Sue Miller or Tony Thompson to get the right ones.

I wouldn't buy from Namrick - a long time a go I ordered what they described as a bolt but they supplied set screws when I rang they didn't understand the difference - obviously didn't buy anything again.

Steve
Thanks,
I used them year ago and they were pretty good. They don't do the bolt lengths I need so will boy from the usual suspects..

30+ years ago they were brilliant.
Times change, I would have been really dissapointed and done the same.

I've used Namrick recently and the bolts seemed reasonable. The split washers looked very cheap.
I get my stuff from Trident racing now. Generally I use their AN bolts.
The problem with the rotoflex bolts is that the shank length is vital. I doubt you'd save yourself much by buying direct than through the usual suspects.

Thanks, for all the suggestions. I decided to play safe and bought a set from Miles Wilkins, who is a great person to deal with... but you have to phone him.

Just changed my rotoflex couplings and bolts.. The bolts were in a worse condition than the couplings!!
