Oh how I wish I had a photographic memory.
I don't recall if my S4 prop-shaft/diff'-shaft have locating spigots or not.
I only remember at the time I did the rebuild was that non-fitting bolts were used to fasten the two parts together & thinking to myself that my old Elite used fitted Bolts in close tolerance holes.
S'pose that Lotus made another minor saving there on the Elan compared to the loss making Elite.
