Diff Torque Rod Hole Diameter

Could any one please tell me what the diameter of the holes are in the diff casing which take the diff torque rods?
I've just measured the rod diameter as 11mm.

Just measured an old casing and it was approx 13.5mm

I've just had a couple of sleeves fitted to a spare diff carrier - and I didn't measure the diameter before I sent the carrier away.
I am glad to say that the sleeves are indeed 13.5mm
