Diffs and things

Salut
I'm planning to fit a 3.54 diff and I came across this on eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/300669414112?ss ... _500wt_949
The guy has them in 22,23 and 25 teeth, I think.
Three questions, if I may:
1) I have a standard 3.77 - how many teeth do I need for a 3.54?
2) Wishful thinking - can it be fitted without removing and dismantling the 'box
3) Is this an opportunity, or are the bits easy to find?
Merci et @+
