When the car is stationary, does it work as an oil heater?
Cheers,
Pete.

I'll check make, when next at the shed, the car came with all the original parts that have ever been replaced as I'm 3rd owner so assume its the pump originally supplied with car.
It would be easy enough to fit an oil stat in line although I'd be conscious of drag. Its clearly worked as the car was 2nd overall to 250LM ferrari in 1966 in 12 hour race here in Australia, think hot, the diff is the original pawl unusual LSD and CWP were in excellent order. It ran at least 3 of the 12 hours races and was a finisher in all of them.
We've a new borne baby so may be a week or so.
Cheers
