splined shafts

When assembling a fixed splined shaft into a splined hub flange should I use a copper anti seize?

It is a splined fit with no key or taper.

Depends on operating temperature and environment. IF not to hot or to heavily loaded I would use loctite. i would use an anti sieze if operating above loctite melt temperatures or load stresses above what loctite can carry.
