Oily goo from exhaust gaskets

Hello all,
I have some black oily liquid discharging from the exhaust gaskets on three of my twin cam?s cylinders. The engine has just been rebuilt. New valve guides and pistons etc. The oil is clean but the plugs are sooty.
The picture shows a typical ?drip?.
So, my exhaust gaskets are leaking but they are pointing to a problem common to all cylinder whereby unburned, black oil is exiting the engine via the exhaust ports. This became apparent after about 60 miles. The only thing that was not replaced or refurbished during the rebuild was the fuel pump.
Anyone had anything like this?

Thanks for the responses so far. The exhaust gaskets went on dry.

Might be hard to get to the inner sanctum of lotus cortina forum unless you're a full member. But short answer is... Very similar thread, and seems to happen a bit (happened to me!). Turned out to be the gaskets. They need to be a complete seal. Nothing dire like cracked head or leaking valve guides.... try sorting the gaskets first.

try V.W. air cooled 1600 exhaust gaskets --nicht leaken --I also removed the studs and replaced them with cap head bolts and a washer so you can get a little more torque with the allen key --but remember your into aluminium so don't get too enthusiastic ------if you are concerned about that you wil do your nut when the oil filler gasket or valve cover gasket gets weak -ed
dont close your eyes --you will miss the crash
