A good wide band senors is pricey Randy. The dual carb setup would need a sensor on each port to do a correct balance of all mix. A single would only give an average range.
At times with the webers I use a thermal measurement of the tube temperature to see how they are doing one at a time. I have watched an engine builder do this on an engine dyno. You can adjust the mix to get a god temperature on each port.

It's a pity ceramic coating hasn't always been available!

Margaret, I decided to have my new stainless headers ceramic coated. I had them done in regular silver. I have a set that in the past was done in a very shiny silver that was close to chrome. Now that mine are done, I'm wishing for something in between. !!!! I think the shiny silver is a little too tarted up. The silver isn't bad but just not what I have in my head.
Here is a new question for the forum..................... Can I polish the ceramic coating? I was thinking of using a metal polish and hitting them with the buffing wheel. Is ceramic coating tough enough that it won't polish through the new coating?
Pics to follow.

Sounds about as useful as the old Army practice of whitewashing the coal heap

Uhmmm . . . what's wrong with the factory cast manifold . . .
I always thought the cast piece was quieter (a plus for me), cheaper (I already have them) and you can paint or coat them to taste.
I realize they aren't a source of extra horsepower, though.
Am I missing something?

Hi Mark
I used DEI's header wrap on my twin cam's header [ header from RD Ent ]. Before installing the wrap, the heat would literally boil the fluid
in the clutch master cylinder during summer autocross events. After installing the wrap, the heat was significantly less.
have fun

The shiny ones were done by Evans Performance Powder Coating. Actually, they did both of them but at different times.
