Exhast Hanger Locations

Can anyone tell me the location of the the original exhaust hangers on an Elan Plus 2.
I am in the middle of swapping out my federal emissions manifold for a header system for rdent and as part of that I am trying to eliminate some of the vibration I had been getting at idle. I think I determined at least one source of vibration - a more or less hard bolted hanger at the transmission.
I am inclined to just leave it off, since it doesn't look like it was originally there and there is a hanger 3/4 of the way back and then at the muffler again.
What were the original hanger points?

Hi
Although not shown on the parts diagram above, there is also the bracket that fixes to the gearbox:

As an update for folks. I was missing the piece that attaches to the gearbox. The previous owner had rigged something up in its place. Ordered a new piece from RDEnt and it is right as rain now.
