Clutch master cylinder push rod

Does anyone have an old clutch master that needs rebuild with an original type push rod with clevis or just the push rod in the spare parts box—1972 Elan +2.
Or a NOS clutch master with the original type push rod with clevis.
Desperate need !

The clutch push rod is 3” tip to tip (tip of clevis to tip of ball end).
