Hi having trouble with my clutch. When I took my engine out to overhaul it the D link was disconnected this explains why I was on the maximum adjustment. The D link seems a sloppy fit.
So what I would like is for someone to measure the distance between the ends of the fork as I might have to squeeze mine in a bit.
Kind regards Arthur

If you mean the distance between the ends of the D link, mine measures 29.65mm, or thereabouts. The distance between the two ends of the fork (release arm) very similar. Can't quite see how this alters the adjustment. the D link should be fixed on with two funny shaped wire clips.

Thanks for that info Richard just measured mine and it is 38 mm the D link was dangling from the fork by one spring the other one was in 3 pieces in the bell housing but the clutch still worked..I have 2 new springs to fit and probably a new D Link.
Thanks Arthur
