Clutch Part Numbers

I have a new unused clutch cover that I bought years ago when I used to run a Mk2 Lotus Cortina. The cover is numbered HE2842, and from memory I think this was listed as a heavy duty clutch for the L/C. I would obviously like to use it on my S4 but I am unable to find any references to this number. Could someone help with confirming that this cover is OK for Elan use and also I would like the part numbers of the correct plate and bearing to match.

I also have a HE2842 pressure plate, it does not have the plate attached to the diaphram fingers and to use it in a 4sp Elan you would have to change the release bearing from the flat faced type to the rounded face type.
Mine is also listed for use with a Twin Cam Escort.

Brian,
Any chance of the corresponding part numbers for the driven plate and the bearing?
Cheers

I fitted one including friction plate and rounded release bearing to my S2 (4sp) several years ago and to the best of my knowlege it is just the 5sp set up ........8.5" friction plate as opposed to 8" plate.
I cannot remember if I had to change or modify the release bearing carrier or not. Sorry I dont have the part numbers but I'm sure "john-c-elan+2" has got them ?????.........John?
