Clutch Identification

I think my clutch cover plate (pressure plate) has been changed in the past, It looks like a
Cortina mk2 type with a 8 1/2 inch friction plate. Has any one seen this before? It has started to slip now and I need a replacement any suggestions?

I suggest you get the Flywheel very lightly resurfaced before fitting new Clutch.
Please don't think because the surface is polished it is ok. After removing the Engine best to do job 100%. Spigot Bearing in end of Crankshaft also fit new.
