Another mysterious clutch problem

Another strange clutch story....
Following leaks I swapped MC and SC for repro ones.
Now I can shift up at normal speed without any problem BUT once in 4th I'm unable to downshift to select 3th (or any other gear)
Once car stopped I can select any gear (however not easily sometime) and can again select gear up 2/3/4 without problem before same problem happend again and again.
However if I cruise only at 25mph I can select any gear up AND down without any problem
I tried 2 different MC (repro and girling rebuild), 2 different SC (repro and rebuild Girling), mixed them for tests, SC rod have 1mm freeplay, MC rod is adjustable, fluid is silicon.
I was pretty sure it was an hydraulic problem and now I'm totaly lost and start to think about a mecanism problem or sticky splines .... and still not find explanations to variation of gear down shifting regarding engine speed
And really want to find explanation to a potential external/peripherical origin before to thing about an engine removing

I had a similar problem and found too much play between the pedal/rod and master cylinder. My rod was threaded and adjustable. Completely solved the problem.

Always do the reverse gear test when trying to diagnose clutch problems.
From a standing start do the gears clash whilst trying to engage reverse?
