Possible Spyder Seat Belt Conversion

Does anyone recognize this bracket ? I purchased an Elan seatbelt kit maybe ten years ago (or more) from eBay. I had thought it was a spyder conversion. I pulled this kit out to install it on my S3 coupe today but it doesn’t match what I’ve seen here on the forums, being considerably shorter and without the top bolt hole for the belt guide. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi jebracing,
I installed the spyder kit to my DHC elan. The photos Spyder provided to help installation are shown below.
They look different to what you have but the same as what Craven has shown and similar to the image on Spyders webpage. However, your bracket does look like something Spyder may have made, but maybe not for the Elan (they do have some seat belt mounting kits for the +2, but no pictures shown, so no idea what these look like).
It s also possible that the fixed head bracket is different to the DHC version as they price these differently on the Spyder webpage.

Thanks. You are showing me the same pictures I remember seeing in threads here. I’ve seen the same bracket on coupes too. See picture below from FB. I think what I have is inferior to the normal bracket design. I’ll follow up with Spyder and get a new pair on order.
