Hello all,
after a few weeks I did some progress. It was not easy to find all spots where the Body was bolt on the chassis.
Because some decades ago somebody added extra bolts.
But finally i did it.
Surprise that the chassis has a strange damage. I added some pics.
Maybe somebody of you has an explanation where the bump in the chassis came from.
thanks a lot

I've seen this damage before, too. I always assumed it was where the chassis had been "adjusted" to allow easier removal of the diff.

Are the donuts installed the wrong way? looks like driveshaft is fitted to low donut boss, nut to high boss.
Shouldn't it be the other way?
That's how DPO did with my car
It does create permanent tension in the donuts.

Yep.
Definetly donut failure, same on my car .
Damage from a previous owner.
It will never happen again I have now installed Elan Trikbits CV conversion . I would give it them serious consideration for the future . They are an excellent improvement and this will never happen again..
