Hood frame and hood tray colours

Time to refresh some tatty bits.

Can anyone confirm please if hood tray on a Dhc should be satin black or Matt black.

Also, is the hood frame gray the same as engine block grey ?

Might as well paint them the correct colour....

My S4 has satin black hood tray and the frame does look to be the same colour as the engine. I?m pretty sure that the car has never been restored or even had a new hood! As satin was used on the door mask areas and the engine bay, I?m sure they would have used the same paint.

Both of my S3 DHCs had satin black hood tray and gloss gray painted roof frame, and were still original paint.

My car is the same body colour, I expect I'm biased but it's my favourite.
