Windshield frame?

I need a windshield frame for my S2 being rebuilt in 26R configuration.

Where might be the best place to find one and do I need anything special?

I'm guessing I need the strengthening rod as well, it will be a rally car and I have a heated windshield.

TTR and Kelsport sell new frames, Sue Millar has the tension rods.
