Contact with SpyderSport

Has anyone been in eMail contact with SpyderSport lately?
I sent an inquiry via their website over a week ago, asking for some advice in the set-up on one of their RSC kits on my Spyder frame. As yet, just silence. Is this typical? Or should I do a follow-up to see if they in fact received my earlier communique?

This is an awkward suggestion, given your location, but a call to Andy or Sean may be more productive.
This should be a picture of the factory.
Their much more set up for bending and welding metal than answering technical questions via email, in my experience.
It's also possible they have closed for a couple of weeks in the summer, this isn't unusual for some engineering/building companies in the UK (stop fortnight).

Thanks for the info and the image Niall. I'm usually up early and so I overlap a normal UK work day by a few hours (unless they've dropped round to the local for a pint). I'll copy my eMail to Sean, as the first went to Andy, then wait a bit before I make a call.
You wouldn't happen to know their Skype user ID offhand, would you?

This has been covered several times. Spyder does not respond to emails very quickly but telephonic enquires work nicely.

Thanks Bill. I already do just that. I was being a bit facetious inquiring about Spyder's Skype user ID.
