Removing a Plus 2 body from the frame (or not)

I have tried to follow the various lists out there, including the one provided by this website, to try and remove the body from the frame on my 71 Plus 2 but have run into some problems. As far as I can can tell, I have removed all of the "listed" chassis attachment bolts, but the body doesn't want to come off.
Any hints? Any secret attachment bolts? Is there a way to lift the body off that's best? Am I being too gentle (usually not the problem)?
Is this just a cruel Chapman prank from the grave? (if so, very impressed)
Any help would be appreciated. Shaped charges are my next option.
On anoither note: I have followed the message board for years, and have always been informed (and entertained) by your advice and Lotus humor. But i also wanted to make sure that everyone knew that I also appreciated the unselfish help and advice from the members. It's one of the reasons to have a Lotus... you don't just buy a car, you get a Motor Mafia.
Now that I have Lotus cars again (Plus 2, Elan S1, boxes and boxes of spares,3 engines) after a ten year gap, it's good to be part of the discussions.
