S3/4 DHC Hood Frame Locks

Just how much tension do you put the hood frame under?
The current set up on mine is ++tight -both frame locks need an almighty push and the screen visibly moves.
I need to remove the hood tray to adjust the frame tension from the underside and there is no real way to trial fit.
I'm also expecting the hood fit to change as the frame is moved back.
I'd be interested in other DHC owners experiences and solutions.

Nigel,
My frame locks do not put any significant pressure on the screen frame at all.
I don't think the amount of pressure you describe can be a good thing, it is putting lots of stress through the screen frame and may result in stress cracks and it doesn't sound very user friendly.
Some adjustment is needed methinks
