Re drive train angles (vertical plane) between gearbox and diff flanges (OK virtual gearbox flange or make up a dummy that fits to back of Bullet gearbox), I guessing that the target should be around 1/2 of one degree maximum misalignment.
A bit of basic trigonometry can be used to assess effect of raising or lowering side engine mounts, or rear transmission mount (or extreme cases only, raising or lowering diff mounts and/or shortening torque reaction rods). As always, measure twice cut (or grind) once.
