Outside mirror to attach to window frame?

Considering using a "clamp on to window frame" outside mirror if, there is a mirror that fits or works on the +2 window frame. There is a "Tex" mirror site out of the UK that might have mirrors that would work (what mirror? Is the mirror available in the USA?). Any list members have information or experience with "clamp on" mirrors that fit the +2 window frame? Maybe streetrod mirrors? Anything in the USA, or? Thanks for information, Steve V. +2 in Arizona

FWIW...these guys list a few design options to look at/for, including mounting details:

(Wish I'd had one, rather than the poorly mounted door mirror, on my S3 Coupe)

Have a look at the Tex website:

But I have never found an external mirror that's of any use on an old car. They are usually too small, and vibrate giving blurred vision of the small patch they are reflecting. I prefer to have a look over my shoulder, but I am an old biker, and still alive because of doing this!!
