I find fuel hose makes a good vacuum hose as it's reinforced and doesn't collapse.

I used a short length of silicon hose from the metal pipe to the servo - about 20cm. Works fine, but I'm not sure I would use it for the whole length - it's quite supple so could possibly collapse. Reinforced-type fuel hose should be fine.
