Brake line grommet for +2

I need to replace the two hard brake line grommets on my +2 that held the long rear line in place when it passed through the chassis. Are these standard products that I can buy when i guy the new lines? Or do any of the specialty Lotus parts places carry them? I'm not sure what the technical name for them is.

Dave,
I don't own a plus 2, my car is an Elan S4.
Grommets are used extensively in the electrical world. Electrical cabinets have holes cut in them for cables to pass through, and grommets are used to provide a smooth soft edge to the hole that has been cut, so that cables are not damaged, as they now pass through the grommet rather than a sharp edged hole in the cabinet.
Grommets are also used extensively in the automotive sector for the same purpose.
If you have an electrical factor or automotive parts shop near you, I would expect that they stock grommets by size rather than by their actual application.
