Note certain models of Ford Escorts had a non-servo tandem master cylinder. Probably the Elan with tandem cylinder had something borrowed from the English Ford parts bin originally.

I don't know the bore specifications of this MC off hand but can probably look them up if anyone is interested.

I've fitted the Datsun/Nissan 11/16th to a number of Elans, using either with remote reservoirs or two of the small reservoirs but need to check regularly. Used in conjunction with std elan and +2 calipers, being aluminium its also lighter than the stock MC!!

Unfortunately the mounting holes are spaced horizontally not vertically so they won't fit a std +2 pedal box.
