Hi I bought a Lockheed type servo on E Bay ratio unknown a silly mistake to make.l think I may have the wrong ratio as initially on braking it seems ok then when you are coming to a stop it grabs on.
So is there any way to change the ratio now.?And what ratio am I supposed to have its a 1973 +2S.
Thanks for any help Arthur

You are supposed to have a 3:1 ratio,I've just upgraded mine to 4.25:1 and am pleased ( feel I'm getting older and my legs getting weaker ) you can tell by the little aluminium tag attached ( if it's still there ) if not it's a dis-assembly job and measure the two pistons ( slave and reaction ) and the air cylinder ( 7 or 8 inch )
Does it grab on or lock on,if the latter it's the reaction piston sticking...there is a spring mod to stop this
