Brake problem

My +2 seems to brake alright and stops well enough.
However, the pedal occasionally goes very soft and then pushes back up against my foot.

Is this something to do with the servo? None of my previous classics have been fitted with a servo so I'm not overly familiar with them. Are they serviceable?

Yes this is typically a problem with the servo control valves. Yes they can be serviced but it needs some skill to do and hard to locate quality service kits, so maybe best left to an expert if you can find one.
